Newport Beach, Calif. – March 22, 2010 – inXile entertainment has been working closely with Platform Racing™ creator Jacob Grahn, known to his fans as “Jiggmin”, to release the next installment from the hit Platform Racing™ franchise. The addicting Internet-multiplayer game is getting a major art and interface upgrade in Platform Racing 3, as well as more avatar clothes and more customizations for an even greater variety of player-made tracks!
“Jacob definitely did something right with Platform Racing 1 and 2, and we wanted him to see his entire vision through with Platform Racing 3,” says Brian Fargo, founder and CEO of inXile entertainment.
Platform Racing 2 has been played over 11,000,000 times on Kongregate since May 2008. Players love running and jumping their way to victory and then upgrading their avatar with the points they’ve earned to compete on more advanced tracks. Blaster guns, powerups and magical hats are just some of the quirky elements that make this no ordinary racing game!
“Platform Racing 1 and 2 are fun games, they have some neat bits, but they never felt finished. Platform Racing 3 is the completion of what I’ve been trying to make all along,” says Grahn.

Hey, I think the fans of PR3 would really appreciate it if you added the old characters and music back in along the new ones. You don’t have to, but that would be nice.
I agree with Andyboy, we would like the old body parts, head parts, etc. back in PR3. We would also like the music. And also, how about some hats?
