Trouble upgrading to FC2

I can't find a clickable link that allows me to add FC2 to my account. I get the same page again when i click the orange "get the full version of FC2 instantly " button. Can anyone advise me?? Thanks.

Have now gotten to that page. When I enter information in the forms, it indicates that I need to reenter the SAME password. Dots are red. I AM entering the same password. I have tried to start new accounts and upgrade the old. I have tried different browsers and three different computers on two different servers. I work regularly with CL, ebay, my bank, federal grant websites, mint, turbotax, etc. I have never found it so difficult to spend money as with trying to buy FC2. Please advise.

It sounds like it's showing you the page as it would be seen by someone logged out. A logged in user is supposed to be redirected straight to paypal from that page, via a "buy now" button.

When you navigate to that page, does it show you as being logged in in the top right corner?
