If you just say "so-and-so" is a hacker, that's pretty worthless. Say what exactly they did that makes you think they're hacking.

These days, people see something they don't understand, and immediately yell "hacker!" and probably 95% of the time, the accused person isn't hacking. Lots of people don't understand lag, so if they see someone get hit by a bullet and not get hurt, it's "oh no! hacker!!" when really it's just that they were standing there, they moved, and you shot that spot before your computer got the message telling it that he moved. Ditto walking through lava. Hell, I once got called a "hacker" because someone saw on the mini map that I was jumping really high, because that person didn't know there was such a thing as a bouncy hat! And then you have the people who think that if you give someone your password, and they change it, that somehow counts as "hacking".

tl;dr = We don't know you. We don't know if you understand what hacking is. So instead of just saying "hacker!", say what he did. Or show a video.
