PR3 isnt working

When I try to click "log on" to go and play pr3, it gives me the error
"Could not perform query. Error: Query: SELECT ban_time, expire_time, ban_type, reason, log
FROM bans
WHERE (banned_user_id = '______' OR banned_ip = '______')

AND lifted = 0
ORDER BY ban_id DESC
LIMIT 0,1"

This is an SQL database query, so i am guessing that maybe the sparkworkz.com pr3 database is down ... but i dont really know. Does anyone know whats going on?

Note that the _____s are the IP address and user id.

Oh yeah..about the database...the database isn't down.......Sparkworkz needs to pay for it's domain. If it doesn't get paid, the site will get shut down.

or another reason is that your computer (or laptop) cant connect to the server, which is a common problem

Now that I look at it, it does look like the database is down.
You seem to be banned, but the game can't retrieve the information for the ban.
