Is there anyway to get it to load? The only thing that shows up is the backround.

Because PR3 works bad at IE, you should try using Firefox or Google Chrome... But if that doesn't work, then im out of ideas.

Your equation is wrong.
For starters, there are no hands in Equestria, only hooves, so there would be nothing to pull the trigger with.
Assuming that somehow you managed to pull it, one must also consider that most ponies can run and fly at supersonic speeds, and they have been proven many times to be able to break the sound barrier. Dodging a bullet is trivial for them.
And even if they were tied down, there is also the supreme ruler of Equestria, Princess Celestia, who can sense something is wrong in milliseconds, arrive there, and either kill you, send you to the dungeons, or banish you to the moon for 1000 years.

So it should equal:
Pinkie Pie+gun+something pulling the trigger=Pinkie Pie breaking every known law of physics to make the bullet stop in midair=you being baked in a cupcake after she violently tears all your internal organs from you.
