You seem to be missing an article in that. It can be considered correct, but it is much more preferable to say:
I got some ideas.

Please, when you correct someone's English, make sure yours is correct first. One person in General Chat didn't and it was quite a fail.

When you hit someone with a weapon in DM it comes up with 100- (minues 100 health) or 12- (minus 12 health).
I think that's what he's saying.
